Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Natural Disasters

If any natural disaster occurs (e.g., landslides, heavy storms), the tour will be cancelled and fully refundable.


2. Customer Last-Minute Cancellation

Cancellations made at the last minute are non-refundable.


3. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change tour dates or participants must be made in writing.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Please allow extra time for banks or payment providers to complete the transaction.


5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.
Travel insurance is the customer’s responsibility and is not included in the tour price.
